So here is our top 20 records of 2009 list. I use the word ‘genius’ a lot on this page, but I’m not going to apologise for it. Because it all is.
We’ve had loads of great music photography sent to us at Artrocker.com in 2009. Here are some of our favourite pictures of the year. A big thanks to all the photographers who contributed. Please keep them coming to photos@artrocker.com

DOES IT OFFEND YOU, YEAH?

Dan from Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Bonus Eventus and Let’s Wrestle give us their picks of 2009 as we near completion of our Guest top 10s.

Okay, so it's 2010 now, but we're not quite ready to let go of 2009 just yet. Besides, no-one really does anything the first few days of January as it is. Relive the year that's past by checking out the most popular reviews of the year just gone - including that Pixies review where I managed to offend hundreds of fans the world over.
If you too would like to offend, shock or just plain educate the proletariat masses with your vast musical expertise, email us over at artrockercontent@gmail.com or to reviewthisartrocker@gmail.com if you've got something you think we should be turning our beady collective eye towards.

In one neat entry we combine the picks of KASMS and Penelope Edmund for their top artists of 2009.

"I think Jedward could unknowingly disassemble the record industry from the inside out like The Clash didn’t."
Top 10 Bands of 2009 by Michael M of that band WE ARE THE PHYSICS

Matt Bigland from the mighty Dinosaur Pile Up takes his turn to give us his take on the top 10 (err, well.. 9) acts of 2009.

We reviewed their debut album back in August, and now they’ve given us their picks. Since they couldn’t agree collectively, we have some from each band member. Exciting.

BILLY TALENT’s very own Ian D’Sa steps up to tell us about his picks of 2009.
