Awesome indeed. One of my favourite bands of 2008, by far, is MEEMAW. Daniel from MEEMAW has contributed to a new release from Infinity Cat.

Timbre Shades of Great is a split tape release, with Daniel contributing one 20 minute side, and Nathan Vasques from Deluxin filling up the other side.

We’ve got a couple of Daniel’s tracks for your to download. They have the same kind of ramshackle infectiousness as the MEEMAW tunes I’ve heard - but with a few more pop shapes, and something that sounds like steel drums. But I’m guessing is infact a keyboard of some description.

It has the same kind of DIY production values as the ZOOKEEPERS album I enjoyed so much. Fantastic stuff.
